Have You Received This Email? This is a SCAM!

Have you received this email?

Several members received this email claiming to be BCT. This message is a SCAM!

BCT would never ask you to click on a link and enter your personal or payment information. We wouldn't even urgently threaten to delete your account either!

If you've received a message that looks suspicious or even like this, do not click any links. Instead, it's best to delete or ignore it.

Here's what you should look out for:

  • Emails from unfamiliar addresses
  • Urgent language or threats
  • Requests for passwords or payment info
  • Typos or strange formatting

Additional tips to protect yourself from scams:

  • Never share your personal or financial information over email or text.
  • Double-check the sender's email address — scammers often use addresses that look similar to legitimate ones.
  • Keep your devices and antivirus software up to date.
  • Report suspicious messages to our team so we can alert others.

When in doubt, you are always free to call our Member Services Team to verify the legitimacy of a message that claims to be from BCT at 503-632-3113.
