The BCT lobby is open to the public, and our team is ready to welcome walk-in visitors from 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday. The office is closed daily from 11:30AM to 12:30PM for lunch, but call-in support remains available. 

In compliance with local and federal regulations, face coverings are optional for visitors and staff. However, we ask that you please not visit either office location if you are showing symptoms or have been in contact with someone that has tested positive for COVID.

Surfaces are still sanitized between member visits, and hand sanitizer is available throughout the lobby. Product and service handouts are available upon request, and public restrooms are no longer available. 

Our local Member Services and Technical Support Teams are available as usual to help via telephone and email.
